- We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project.

- Our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
- Who sees it
- Only our website hosting, form-handling and email providers, some of which may store data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
- How long
- Enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
- Your rights
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at hello@altbystudio.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
